1. Company Information
EmpireVPS is a division of Seven Host LLC, a registered company based in Iran. All services are directly operated and maintained by our in-house team.
2. Services Offered
We provide a wide range of infrastructure services, including web hosting, domain registration, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, and VPN hosting. We do not resell services from third-party providers — everything is managed and hosted by our own infrastructure.
3. Payment & Billing
- We accept payments via cryptocurrency and PayPal (PayPal payments require manual arrangement due to international restrictions).
- Billing cycles are available on a monthly, yearly, 2-year, or 3-year basis.
- Auto-renewal is only processed if your account has sufficient credit balance.
- A 10% late fee is applied to overdue invoices.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must agree not to engage in any activities that violate our Acceptable Use Policy, including:
- Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
- DDoS attacks or malicious activity
- Hosting pornography or explicit content
- Distributing hate speech or inciting violence
- Any political conflict with Iran or hosting anti-Iran content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service that violates these conditions without prior notice.
5. Fair Usage Policy
While we offer unmetered bandwidth on certain services, especially dedicated servers, usage must remain within reasonable limits. Excessive consumption that affects the performance or stability of the network may result in throttling, suspension, or upgrade recommendations.
6. Suspension & Termination
- Services may be suspended if invoices remain unpaid for more than 30 days (shared, VPS, VPN), or 3 days (dedicated servers).
- Violation of these terms may also lead to account suspension or termination.
- In most cases, users will be notified before suspension unless the violation is severe or obvious.
- Data retention after cancellation is not guaranteed and users are encouraged to back up their content prior to termination.

8. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with the following conditions:
- Refunds are only granted if the service is not working as advertised, is malfunctioning, or fails to meet basic operational expectations.
- No refunds are provided for misuse, violation of our terms, or buyer’s remorse.
- To request a refund, contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase.
9. Limitation of Liability
EmpireVPS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, service downtime, or business interruption. All services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind beyond what is stated.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes shall be resolved under Iranian jurisdiction.
